Week 1
I have the Jan Ullrich disease with a tendency to balloon over 200 in the winter. It's my goal to be 170 by January 1st, and come out swinging for '07 so I'm challenging myself. I had just hit my low weight for the year at 183 a month ago, and then I started hitting it hard to get back to 191. I might just buy a skinsuit as a financial incentive. Here's the deal:
No Beer
No Ice Cream
No Cake
No Pastries
No Cokes
Shake substituted for Lunch 5 days a week.
Ride 4 times a week, Gym at least 3.
Weight: 191 lbs
Waist: 36inches
Body Fat: 22%
Weight loss target for September 18 is 7 lbs

C'mon, half of that is extra skin. Remember, I was 235 at one time.
Just read that Daveed is being a vegetarian for 60 days, but that he'll still eat fish. Exposing the catfish might make you a target in a week or two.
At 235lbs, how much of that was ass?
NO BEER??? There is no way in Hell you are going to be able to stick to that game plan. No seriously...good luck. ALl you need to do in ride with the Princess and you'll be good to go!:-)
