Beaner in Training!

A Mesican is riding around Kings Ridge in Plano near the big houses by Austin Ranch and he's stopping at every house. His son that is in the truck with him is wondering what they are looking for. He looks at his dad puzzled. Recognizing that his son is a little confused, he finally stops in front of a big castle like house on Clear Well Lane. He looks proud to his son, and says "One day son, one day.......you will cut this lawn!"
